Senior Conservation Architect
Successful candidate will be UK registered, with proven experience in the running of conservation projects. Candidates should have a knowledge in historic building repair works, a good eye for historic design and an understanding of contractual procedures, which will enable them to oversee projects from conception through to completion. Auto-CAD/Photoshop proficient. AABC or RIBA Conservation accreditation are an advantage.
Historic Building Consultants
Successful candidates will have a sound knowledge of UK planning legislation related to the historic environment. Candidates will have a proven track record in conservation including undertaking: historic building and area analysis, visual impact assessments, feasibility studies, condition surveys and providing expert advice. Some appeal experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Excellent written and presentation skills as well as competence in the use of Office Package/Photoshop will be essential. IHBC full membership is an advantage.
We are looking for a CIAT qualified architectural technician or technologist with knowledge and experience in the conservation and conversion of historic buildings to join a small team working on a portfolio of historic building projects. The position will require an understanding of building pathology and defect diagnosis and the preparation of details, schedules of condition and repair. Auto-CAD proficient.
