Ophelia has been working at Heritage Architecture Ltd since February 2017 after having completed her Masters in Building History at the University of Cambridge. Combined with an undergraduate degree in architecture from the Bartlett School of Architecture UCL, her education has informed her knowledge of historic design and conservation.
As an Architectural Conservation Consultant, Ophelia has been drawing upon her past knowledge and experience by producing architectural drawings, writing Heritage Statements and conducting relevant historic research. Ophelia has worked on a wide range of projects since joining the team, such as Liberty’s Department Store, a residential property in Belgravia and Camden Market Stables.
Prior to joining the practice, Ophelia has worked in several architectural practices in London and Australia and has worked on both listed and unlisted residential, public and ecclesiastical sites, including Westminster Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ophelia has a particular interest in twentieth-century architecture and completed her Master’s thesis on Ted Hollamby’s Pepys Estate in Deptford.
